Ghostye's Terms of Service

Designs
◦ Use or upload of my designs/characters or their artwork without permission is not allowed.
◦ Use of heavy referencing or copying designs by me is not allowed and is subject to penalty.
◦ Original characters bought or traded from me cannot be sold at a higher price alone (This excludes any artwork made after).
◦ Purchased Designs may be modified. If a character is so heavily modified that it is indistinguishable from original design you may credit OG as inspiration, and I may retract the original design.
◦ Designs/Characters bought from me that are uploaded outside of Toyhouse must be linked/credited back to my profile at least once.
◦ Gifted or free characters are NOT allowed to be resold/regifted without a new additional piece of art.
Artwork
◦ I reserve copyright to all my artwork, any reproduction for sale or otherwise will be penalized.
◦ Commissions are for personal use only, you may not sell them for a higher price than originally bought.
◦ Gifted or free art may not be sold for any reason, nor add value to characters
◦ Tracing, modifying or copying is not allowed.
◦ Uploading my art to a third party website without permission or credit is not tolerated.
◦ I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.
